Practice reminder emails are on by default for new accounts. They are gentle, non-promotional nudges to return to your practice, sent when your account has been inactive for a few days.

To decide whether and when to send a practice reminder, we use your account activity: account creation date, practice day visits, journal entry timestamps, Sage interaction timestamps, whether you have visited the subscription page, and your saved time zone (so reminders arrive in your morning). We keep a record of each reminder sent to prevent duplicate reminders and support auditability.

You can turn practice reminders off at any time from your Profile, or with the one-click unsubscribe link included in every reminder email. Turning off practice reminders does not stop essential account, password, billing, or service emails.

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal or operational requirements, or until an account is closed.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to any legal or administrative obligations.
