Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for the digital subscription service provided via trueessence.space.
1. Free trial
Every new account begins with a free trial covering the first seven days of practice. No payment details are collected and no charge is made during the trial. If you choose not to subscribe, nothing is billed.
2. Digital subscriptions
True Essence — The Sanctuary is offered as a digital subscription on a monthly or annual basis.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through the user account
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid billing period
No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused time.
3. Lifetime access
Lifetime access is offered as a one-time purchase.
Access becomes active immediately upon successful payment. Due to the nature of immediate digital access, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
4. Exceptional circumstances
If something has gone wrong — for example, a billing error, a duplicate charge, or you were unable to access the service after payment — contact us and we will put it right. In other rare cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion. This does not create an ongoing entitlement to refunds.
