We provide access to a digital subscription service, the True Essence Sanctuary: a daily practice of short reflections, guided practices, private journaling, and optional reflective dialogue with an AI-based guide.

All services are delivered digitally through this website.

The services offered are educational and experiential in nature.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, counselling, religious, financial, or legal services, and are not a substitute for professional care or advice.

Users are responsible for how they engage with and apply the content and experiences provided.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use paid services unless otherwise stated.

By using the services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Practice reminder emails

We may send non-essential practice-support reminder emails to help you return to your practice. These reminders are on by default and can be disabled at any time from your Profile or via the unsubscribe link in any reminder email.

Reminders are provided as a convenience. They are not guaranteed to be delivered and should not be relied on as the only way to continue your practice.

Reminder emails are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice.

6. Subscriptions and billing

The Sanctuary is offered on a subscription basis, with an optional one-time lifetime purchase. Every new account begins with a free trial covering the first seven days of practice; no payment is taken during the trial.

Subscription details, pricing, and billing frequency are clearly presented at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges according to the selected plan until cancelled.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided through this website and services, including written materials, structure, and design, remains the intellectual property of James Godwin unless otherwise stated.

Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.

8. User content

Any written reflections or content you enter into private reflection spaces remain your personal content.

You grant us a limited right to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your reflections.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of this website or services.
